SPOTLIGHT and Property Tour Featuring Amanda Vernier

As we continue our Raza Properties spotlight series featuring various members of the team, this week we are focusing on Amanda Vernier, our Communications Manager.

Hi there! My name is Amanda and I am thrilled to be Raza Properties new Communications Manager. I was born and raised right outside Philadelphia in Marlton, NJ. I recently graduated from Rowan University. I majored in Communication Studies while maintaining a 3.7 GPA. My role as the Communications Manager is to consistently update our social media platforms, website, and blog, tailoring it specifically to our clients. As a recent college graduate, I feel I can personally connect and relate to Raza Properties’ key demographics.

I’m passionate about bringing a fresh perspective to the table about the importance of an effective social media presence. Using social media to share current and completed projects engages the community and potential clients while allowing us to stay in touch with previous clients.

During my first week of working for Raza Properties, I was very fortunate to spend the day in Philadelphia with our Director of IT and Infrastructure, James Morse. James is a very important, talented and hard-working member from the Raza Properties team. He gave me a tour around the city showing me all of our current and completed projects.

The tour was truly an overall amazing and positive experience. James certainly gave me a great understanding of each property that he showed me. He had a wonderful way of applying his knowledge throughout our tour. It was incredible to see all the extraordinary projects that Raza Properties has completed and been involved with. One of my personal favorite properties that I saw and adored would be 1715 Jefferson Street. 1715 Jefferson Street is a stunning recent project consisting of 3 units and 3,680 sqft; Unit A contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Unit B contains 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and Unit C contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This is a full gut rehab with new systems, appliances, and amenities. The project was placed on the market in the summer and fully rented by the fall.

Another property that stood out to me during the tour was 1239 North 19th St. Although this property is still under construction, James invited me inside to show me the progress. The best part about this property is the spectacular rooftop! I even took a picture of the breathtaking view of the Philadelphia skyline.

Words cannot describe how genuinely grateful I am for having the opportunity to explore and learn more about Raza Properties projects as they progress. I enjoyed seeing the rebuilding happening in different neighborhoods in Philadelphia. My tour experience made me feel eager and excited to go back and take more pictures/videos and continue to share my experiences and updates from the city!
